Michael Kelly
President / Chief Executive Officer

Michael Kelly is the president and qualified officer of UTE Inc., a legacy company founded in 1956 by Chuck Creigh and incorporated in Las Vegas in 1962. UTE Inc. operates under the DBA "UTE Construction" and is closely partnered with its sister company, Arrow Restoration. As part of the company’s evolution, the two DBAs are being merged and rebranded under the new name "UTE Flood and Fire," with an updated logo reflecting the company's growth and focus.With over 40 years of experience in the insurance repair industry, Michael began his career in 1984, then joined UTE Inc. in 1993. He spent 28 years as an estimator and became the qualifier for UTE Inc.'s "B" general construction license, with an unlimited build limit license in 1996. In May 2022, Michael took on the role as the major stockholder and President of UTE Inc. Passionate about the industry and its constant evolution, Michael looks forward to tackling new challenges while continuing to lead UTE Inc. into its next era of success.
Ed Mahoney
Chief Operating Officer

Ed Mahoney is the Chief Operating Officer and an active Estimator for UTE Inc. and Arrow Restoration. He joined the company in 1995 and became a part owner in 2002. With nearly 40 years in property restoration, Ed’s background includes U.S. Army service as a Personal Actions Specialist, and his people skills and compassion make him essential to our team. Known for his open-door policy, he stays connected with the team and ensures a positive work environment. Ed’s family settled in Las Vegas in 1976 after his father’s Air Force service at Nellis Air Force Base. Certified by the IICRC in Water, Fire, and Odor restoration, Ed was one of Nevada’s first Certified Mold Remediators and is EPA-certified in Lead Abatement. With a passion for learning, he embraces change, jokingly calling himself an “old dog learning new tricks.” Ed coined the phrase, “When disaster hits home, we hit back for you.” A nearly 50-year Vegas resident, Ed loves racing off-road cars, the outdoors, and supporting charities like St. Jude’s Ranch for Children and NV SPCA.
Sven bradley
Director of Operations

Sven, a third-generation Nevadan, was born and raised in Las Vegas. He graduated from UNLV with a BS in social sciences and is a proud alumnus. Sven has two sons, a stepdaughter, and two granddaughters. He enjoys family gatherings, vacations, golf, and beach time in Newport Beach and the Riviera Maya. Sven's career in insurance as a property claims manager equipped him to expertly guide clients through complex claims. In 2000, he joined UTE, then served as Las Vegas GM for Belfor, where he earned "Most Improved Office" and "GM of the Year" awards. Later, as VP of Operations for Paul Davis, he led Las Vegas to rank as the top new franchise in the nation. Returning to UTE in 2023, Sven brings 24 years in restoration with over $70 million in sales, handling high-profile jobs for Celine Dion, Wayne Newton, and Pete Rose. His expertise spans hospitals, high rises, schools, and residential projects, including the Hoover Dam historic document recovery. Committed to the community, Sven supports local charities like the Nevada Blind Center and St. Jude’s Ranch for Children.
Philip Bailey
Director of Restoration Services

Phillip Bailey has been a key figure in property restoration since 1990, starting his career sweeping floors for a restoration company in high school. His passion led him from apprentice carpenter to project manager and estimator, giving him a deep grasp of the industry. After four years in the Marine Corps, Phillip returned to restoration with a disciplined, hands-on approach to helping families and businesses recover from disasters. Phillip has managed high-profile projects, including a major commercial flood in Utah and the restoration of a damaged church. His skill in overseeing complex projects, from personal belongings to large-scale repairs, is invaluable to UTE Inc. Certified by the IICRC in water and mold remediation and experienced with Xactimate software, he ensures his clients receive meticulous care, rebuilding lives as well as structures. Outside work, Phillip co-chairs the JustServe committee in Henderson, NV, organizing volunteer projects for causes like women’s shelters and child welfare. His dedication to both clients and community highlights his commitment to positive impact.
