"Fantastic Contractors. We had at hot water leak that destroyed several areas within the garage and house. Mina was unbelievably terrific with the dry wall and painting (I think she did the flooring too). Gillian was awesome dealing with payments. Others that did the work were fantastic. I definitely plan on using Ute in the future. In addition, they worked very well with the insurance company making sure that all aspects from start to finish (including post work clean-up) was completed. One critique, I would say that the Ed's, the project manager, communication was below standards. I sent him emails with information to pass on to the workers on a couple of occasions. This was not passed on making the working conditions difficult, but not impossible. The workers worked around the issue and completed it beyond my expectations."
